Returns:
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn?t met your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Please note: Your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final sale of your item. No shipping monies are refunded. This 14 day policy DOES NOT apply to Live GPS Trackers, Software, or any detection device.You must have a return number (RMA) on your package or it will be returned to you. You can obtain a return number by calling us at 1-888-833-4902 or by requesting a return number via email communication through eBAY. This return number should be written on or near the shipping label. Please remember to include your order number with any communications. Please safely pack the returned item in a shipping box. Do not use the product box as a shipping box it will be returned to you. The item must be in original condition and include all accessories paperwork and box or package. We understand that you may have opened the box. Please be careful with the packaging if you are unsure of keeping the item. Items returned to us with ripped boxes, missing accessories, manuals or warranty information may be charged an additional fee. This fee is based on the fee we pay to the supplier or manufacturer when we return the item to them. We will supply you with the return address when you obtain the RMA number.Please remember that the package is your responsibility until it arrives here. We determine the 14 day return policy on the date that the shipping company receives the package not when the label is made. Please be sure to use a reliable delivery company that issues a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive or are lost or damaged during shipping.We will process your refund within 10 business days. We inspect each return before we return it to the supplier to insure that all the parts and packing materials are included.

GPS Live Tracking Plans:
Sorry, we cannot provide or refund any GPS tracking plans. All GPS tracking plans are handled by third party companies. While some may not require a contract, others may. Please consult with the company who is providing the service for the details about changes or cancelations.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges up to 14 days from the receipt of your order. We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges. Please contact us to arrange an exchange and we can discuss your options. We will be glad to be a suitable exchange for your application.

Defective Items:
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item we will replace it at our cost. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving a defective item. Please call toll free 888-833-4902 or send us an email. We will at that time explain the replacement process to you. If you choose to return a defective item instead of receiving a replacement all restocking fees still apply. Please understand it is in the nature of buying electronics defective items are possible, but very unlikely. We provide free technical support on all of our items. This may be done in house by us or we may provide you with a phone number for a manufacturer or supplier for the item. Please be sure to have the item with you when you call for support so we can troubleshoot the device. Please have your order information ready so we can expedite your call.

Warranty Info:
All items are covered by our Spy Genie 90 day warranty. Most items have a one year warranty. Please contact us for details on any item. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. please provide previous notification of missing items before returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing items or damaged items will be returned exactly as received the missing items will not be replaced. Any outward signs of abuse or neglect will terminate the warranty and the item will be returned to the customer. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the item is no longer available we will replace it with a equal or greater value similar item.

International Orders:
We ship all International Orders USPS International Priority. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, packages refused will be charged the return postage. All international orders are shipped showing actual value for customs. By law we can not change or lower the amount. We ship to the address you provide. Please check the information you enter for accuracy. This may cause a delay in shipping or an extra charge.
